Ausschreibung:
New call: Six subsidised music rehearsal rooms in Berlin-Tempelhof

Application deadline: 29.11.2026

Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by [Kulturraum Berlin gGmbH](https://kulturraum.berlin), allocates subsidised spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent scene as part of the Berlin Workspace Programme (Arbeitsraumprogramm, ARP). The Workspace Programme is a funding instrument for providing and securing spaces for artists and cultural practitioners in the State of Berlin.

We are offering six subsidised music rehearsal rooms on Columbiadamm in Berlin-Tempelhof. The rooms are located on the grounds of the former Tempelhof Airport, and each has its own separate entrance with direct access. They have simple, functional fittings with sound-absorbing wall and ceiling surfaces and are intended for professional musical work. The rooms can be used around the clock.

The rooms are usually allocated for shared use, i.e. two parties share one room. Single use is only possible in exceptional cases and must be well justified in the application.

Address: Columbiadamm 10, 12101 Berlin-Tempelhof
Sizes: 27–29 m²
Facilities: Sound-absorbing wall and ceiling panels, step-free access, a separate entrance for each room, no storage space, portable toilet unit on the site, access by car possible, usable 24/7
Accessibility: Step-free access to all rehearsal rooms, suitable for wheelchair users; vehicle access right up to the entrance
Expected tenancy start: 15.04.2027
Rent: Subsidised through the State of Berlin’s Workspace Programme, currently 5.00 EUR/m² including service charges and heating (plus a flat-rate electricity charge). New funding guidelines are expected from January 2027, so the rent may change.
Application deadline: 29.11.2026

The rooms are usually intended for shared use by two parties. Applications from artists or groups who join forces are expressly welcome.
