We are allocating unsubsidised workspaces for the Berlin music scene at Frank-Zappa-Str. 16. Period of use: max. eight years. Application deadline: 15.06.2026

New workspaces in Berlin-Reinickendorf for interim use until 31.01.2027. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, provided workspaces are still available.

The Atelierbüro at the kulturwerk of the bbk berlin is currently awarding 18 subsidised studios at 12 locations for professional visual artists in Berlin as part of the State of Berlin's Workspace Programme. Application deadline: 26.05.2026

Beitenbachstraße 34–36: New spaces for new opportunities – new impulses for Berlin's music scene.

Breitenbachstr. 34-36: Our temporary dance rehearsal space in Berlin-Reinickendorf is now available for only 6 EUR/hour.

Kienitzer Str. 98: A new rehearsal space for dance and performing arts that can be booked by the day opens in the centre of the Schiller neighbourhood.

Leipziger Str. 54: Studio 2 for performing arts and dance can now also be booked by the hour, 6 EUR/hour.

Since the start of discussions about cuts to the cultural budget, we have received many messages from tenants with contracts under the Workspace Programme of the State of Berlin.
