Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by Kulturraum Berlin gGmbH, awards subsidised spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent performing arts community as part of the Workspace Programme (ARP). The Workspace Programme is a funding instrument for providing and securing spaces for art and cultural activities in the state of Berlin.

At Frank-Zappa-Str. 16 in Berlin-Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Kultur Räume Berlin is offering a subsidised music rehearsal space for long-term use as part of the Arbeitsraumprogramm. The space is expected to be available from mid-December 2025 and can be rented for up to four years.

The rehearsal space measures 62 m² and is located in a former office building that now houses over 130 music spaces. The building is equipped with a lift, acoustically optimised spaces, and shared WCs. Due to its size, the space is especially suitable for larger groups or musicians with extensive equipment. A basement storage space can be rented additionally, if needed.
