Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by Kultur Raum Berlin gGmbH, allocates subsidised spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent scene within the framework of the Workspace Programme (ARP). The Workspace Programme is a funding instrument for providing and securing spaces for art and cultural workers in the state of Berlin.

We are currently awarding a subsidised music rehearsal space at Auguste-Viktoria-Allee 99, Berlin-Reinickendorf for long-term use (max. four years). The advertised music rehearsal space is located in the basement and has a size of 32.43 m² plus ancillary space. The total area including ancillary area is 49.33 m².
The rehearsal space includes a shared kitchenette, WCs (one of which is accessible), just under 35 m² of storage space and a shower (not accessible) on the mezzanine floor.
Who can apply?
Applications are open to professional freelance musicians, groups or ensembles and composers of all genres. Up to three users or groups that have already joined forces for joint use can apply together for one space.
When will the visit take place?
We offer a site visit on Thursday, 21.09.2023. Registration is required! Registration is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the viewing appointment in the web portal via the “Viewing” button.
Please understand that we are unfortunately unable to offer individual viewing appointments.
Allocation procedure – how is the decision made?
The selection is made by a discipline-specific, independent advisory board appointed for the discipline of music within the framework of the Workspace Programme (ARP).
