Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by Kulturraum Berlin gGmbH, awards subsidised spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent performing arts community as part of the Workspace Programme (ARP). The Workspace Programme is a funding instrument for providing and securing spaces for art and cultural activities in the state of Berlin.
Currently, we are offering for lease a long-term music rehearsal space situated at Auguste-Viktoria-Allee 99-100, 13403 Berlin-Reinickendorf. This space is nestled within a three-storey commercial complex, featuring storage and retail areas. Additionally, within this building, there are already 14 other rehearsal spaces in operation.
Professional freelance musicians, composers, and groups or ensembles of all musical genres are invited to apply. Please refer to the application and allocation requirements of the Workspace Programme.

Rental Period: Maximum of four years
