Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by Kulturraum Berlin gGmbH, awards subsidised spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent performing arts community as part of the Workspace Programme (ARP). The Workspace Programme is a funding instrument for providing and securing spaces for art and cultural activities in the state of Berlin.
We are currently awarding a subsidised rehearsal space with associated storage space for the performing arts/dance or contemporary music theatre at Gottlieb-Dunkel-Str. 30, 12099 Berlin, for a maximum period of four years.
The call for applications is aimed at individual artists, groups, ensembles and collectives working in the performing arts and dance. The application and allocation requirements of the Workspace Programme apply.

The rent is subsidised as part of the Workspace Programme, so the rent payable is €5/m² warm (plus electricity flat rate).

The building has a goods lift (dimensions: width 1750 mm x depth 2800 mm x height 2500 mm). The spaces are barrier-free accessible. There is also one accessible toilet on each floor.
