Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by Kulturraum Berlin gGmbH, allocates funded spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent scene within the framework of the Arbeitsraumprogramm (ARP). The Arbeitsraumprogramm is a funding instrument for the provision and securing of spaces for art and cultural activities in the state of Berlin.

We are currently awarding a funded project space at Teilestr. 11-16 12099Tempelhof, for long-term use (max. 5 years).
Who can apply?
The space on offer is aimed at operators of project spaces as free, self-initiated places of presentation and production, as well as initiatives without a spatial location in the field of visual arts. Applications are open to operators of project spaces and initiatives that are based and active in Berlin, have their own publicly accessible programme and whose production, presentation and research are defined by the visual arts.
When is the viewing?
We offer a viewing (on site) on Thursday, 24.08.2023 at 17:00. Advance registration is required to attend. Registration is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the viewing appointment in the web portal via the “Viewing” button.
Award procedure – how is the decision made?
The selection is made by a sector-specific, independent advisory board appointed for the sector of project spaces within the framework of the Arbeitsraumprogramm (ARP).
