Spaces will be allocated on a continuous basis. Once all spaces have been allocated, the call for applications will be closed.

Applications are open to anyone involved in the Berlin music scene including composers, solo artists, collectives, labels, agencies and organisations specialising in music production.

These spaces are allocated with a maximum lease term of ten years.

Address: Frank-Zappa-Str. 16, 12681 Berlin-Marzahn
Space: Between 12 and 62 m²
Expected availability: Depending on when applications are received, between 01.09.2024 and 01.02.2025
Rent: 13.90 EUR/m² (plus electricity flat rate)
Application deadline: Spaces will be allocated on a continuous basis. Once all spaces have been allocated, the call for applications will be closed.
