Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by Kulturraum Berlin gGmbH, awards subsidised spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent scene as part of the Workspace Programme (ARP). The Workspace Programme is a funding instrument for providing and securing spaces for artistic and cultural activities in the state of Berlin.
We currently allocate nine subsidised rehearsal spaces in music rehearsal rooms in double occupancy. The workspaces for music are located in a former school building at Baruther Str. 20, 10961 Berlin and are allocated for a maximum period of four years.
The rent is subsidised as part of the Workspace Programme of the State of Berlin and is only EUR 5/m² warm (plus flat-rate electricity costs).
Expected start of rental: 06.05.2024
Applications are open to professional freelance musicians, composers and groups or ensembles of all styles.
