Spaces for music at Frank-Zappa-Straße 16 to be allocated!

Currently, we are awarding working and rehearsal spaces for the music sector in two calls for applications with different lease terms and in three different room sizes for a music location at Frank-Zappa-Str. 16, Marzahn-Hellersdorf.
Room type I: 12.28 m² (plus ancillary space)
Room type II: 24.98 m² (plus ancillary space)
Room type III: 62.30 m² (plus ancillary space)
In addition to a work or rehearsal space at Frank-Zappa-Str. 16, it is possible to rent a cellar storage space. The rent for this is 5 €/m2 per month. The number of cellar storage spaces is limited.

Mietkosten: 5€/m² (plus Strom)

Zielgruppe: Professionelle freiberufliche Musiker*innen, Gruppen oder Ensembles und Komponist*innen aller Stilrichtungen.
Zielgruppe: Bands, Musiker*innen, Komponist*innen und Einzelkünstler*innen aller Stilrichtungen sowie angrenzender Disziplinen, Kollektive, Ensembles, Vereine, Initiativen
Wir begrüßen außerdem Bewerbungen aus der Musikszene, wie z. B. Musikstudios, Musiklabels,
Musikagenturen
mit Schwerpunkt Musikprobe und -produktion.
