Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by Kulturraum Berlin gGmbH, awards subsidised spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent performing arts community as part of the Workspace Programme (ARP). The Workspace Programme is a funding instrument for providing and securing spaces for art and cultural activities in the state of Berlin.
This is a short-term opportunity as an interim use for professional artists in the fields of dance and performing arts. For a period of three months we are offering a rehearsal and production space in Marzahn, within walking distance of the S7, well connected by public transport, under the following conditions:
Address: Georg-Knorr-Str. 4, 12681 Berlin-Marzahn
Total area (incl. ancillary areas): The rehearsal space has an area of 123.78 sqm. In addition, there is the associated production space with an area of 28.68 sqm. Room height: 3.46 m
Equipment: sprung floor and dance carpet in the rehearsal space, screed floor in the production space, 1 power connection (400 V), WiFi
Rental conditions: Available from 1.11.2024 at the earliest, rental period at least three months
Rent: Subsidised as part of the Workspace Programme of the State of Berlin, 997,15 EUR/month
