Kultur Räume Berlin, represented by Kulturraum Berlin gGmbH, awards subsidised spaces for the artistic work of Berlin’s independent performing arts community as part of the Workspace Programme (ARP). The Workspace Programme is a funding instrument for providing and securing spaces for art and cultural activities in the state of Berlin.

Kultur Räume Berlin is now accepting applications for two subsidised music rehearsal spaces at Hasselwerderstraße 22 in Berlin-Schöneweide. The spaces are available for long-term use from February 2026 and come equipped with soundproofed rehearsal cabins, ideal for professional musicians, composers and ensembles based in Berlin.

Located directly on the banks of the River Spree, the site offers a cross-disciplinary environment with additional spaces for visual arts and literature.

Location: Hasselwerderstr. 22, 12439 Berlin
Start of tenancy: expected from 01.02.2026
Size: 44.89 m² and 57.42 m²
Rent: subsidised, 5.00 EUR/m² (gross warm, plus electricity flat rate)
