Rehearsal space 3.2 at Breitenbachstr. 34, 13509 Berlin is located on the second floor of a former hosiery factory.

With its 156 m² of floor space, it is suitable for rehearsals in the fields of dance and performing arts. Artists and groups from the field of musical theatre can also use the room. Please note, however, that no instruments are provided in the space.

The space is intended for professional artists in the independent scene. The space can be booked on a per-day basis. The minimum rental period is one day. Use is limited to a maximum of 12 weeks per year per artist/group.

Equipment

The rehearsal space has professional equipment for movement-based artistic work: sprung floor with dance carpet, sound system, two tables, seven chairs, a coat rack, and a shelf. Showers and toilets are available in the common areas and are also used by other tenants. The equipment supports both choreographic processes and stage rehearsals.

Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 10PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 8 PM

Accessibility

The studio is accessible at ground level via a ramp and a freight lift. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is located on the ground floor and in the attic, where the studio is located. However, due to the heavy fire doors, this location is only partially wheelchair accessible.

Prices

The daily rental fee is EUR 60 instead of EUR 80 until the end of December. The minimum rental period is one day.
